'This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. The parking is perfect for my large family with many vehicles. I have already booked the property for next year. The only improvement needed is...

'We enjoyed being on the lake. The children enjoyed the tree house. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this house and carriage house for extended families '

'We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars'

'Wonderful property. Our family had a great stay, very relaxing. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Great sunset views. '

'The cottage was perfect for our stay for dropping our child off at Suny Geneseo. We stayed 2-nights, my wife and younger child took a riding lesson with Kim, who was great. We explored the property during the day, getting to see all the horses and and very much enjoyed the night sky. We also did a quick trip to Letchworth State Park to view the upper and middle falls. Had lunch on Conesus Lake, only a 10-minute drive. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. '

'Well kept home in every way.Well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 large islands. Wonderful floorplan, very spacious for 16 people.Pool was perfect for the hot weather week.Kayaks easily accessible to lake.Plenty of yard space for lawn games.'

'Great vacation area! The owner is wonderful (excellent communication and very helpful) and the adorable cottage was perfect (clean, well-stocked with all necessities, pet-friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood)! We highly recommend staying here. Lots of nearby restaurants too!'

'Communication with the host was very convenient and easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The host is very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us and as advertised. The only criticism would be that the furnishings were well worn and could use replacing. We had a lovely stay there for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. Thank you. '

'Really enjoyed my stay. Just had a few hiccups checking in. Mistakingly got the wrong code to the door. Not a big deal. The cabin does need a little TLC tho. The floor is wavey, extremely hard water, leaves stains on sinks and toilet. Also a very strong sulfar smell. Id bring your own water for drinking/food prep. Loved the outdoor tiki bar set up right near the fire pit. And the hiking trail u can access right from the property. '
