'The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!'

'This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. 'Fantastic family getaway to visit our son for parents weekend who is attending USMMA. I was a little concerned about the distance from the academy but well worth it such an amazing property! So many activities right at the home, beautiful on the water, comfortable beds and pillows cooked a fantastic family meal location was great!'

'The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.'

'This house was perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Nice big backyard for our son and dog to play in, great little deck and grill. Although it wasn’t warm enough to swim, we appreciated that the pool area was fenced in so our little one couldn’t get in. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bonus was the playroom downstairs which kept our son occupied while it was raining. The only negative is the driveway is a bit hidden and on a busy road, but once...

'This property is pristine inside and out with fabulous mid-century photography/artwork throughout the house and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not be better. It’s an easy drive into downtown Southampton but the secluded pool area makes it feel like you’re on your own private island. My husband needed to join us from the city and both the train and Jitney stops are less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay here again. '

"We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf bij The Three Ducks. De kamer was ruim, stijlvol en supercomfortabel – echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De omgeving is zalig rustig en straalt pure luxe uit. Er zijn wel een paar kleine dingen die het verblijf nog net iets vlotter hadden gemaakt. Zo is er geen permanentie bij het in- of uitchecken, wat als buitenlandse gasten soms wat onhandig is. Voor vragen moet je iemand opbellen, en dat voelt een beetje afstandelijk. Ook een klein ijskastje op de kamer had handig geweest. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: het totaalplaatje klopt. We kijken met een heel goed gevoel terug op ons verblijf en zouden zeker opnieuw boeken!"
