'Lovely cottage on the Peconic Bay. We enjoyed our stay; found more than everything we needed. '

'My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town.'

'Our stay was delightful at the SandPiper. It was a perfect size for our family and the host thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. Greenport is a gem and even though it rained while we were here, we enjoyed taking the ferry over to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. Great location on a quiet street. (And close to the ferry to CT.) Highly recommended!'

'We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time. '

'This home is beautiful, spacious and a wonderful gate away! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with an incredible yard. It was perfect for our gathering with several families and young kids. The bedrooms are spacious and the house is sprawling with plenty of room to spread out. The cute touches like puzzle challenges and games to play made it lovely. The screened in porch with heaters was a favorite spot of adults and kids alike. We would highly recommend and stay again!'

'My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay in Greenport! This property was the perfect location for us. We loved being walking distance to town. John even had a binder with various helpful recommendations! He was also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom were also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making me feel comfortable right from the start. The location was perfect—local attractions and great restaurants, which made exploring the town very convenient. Walter was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always quick to reply to any questions or requests. Overall, I highly recommend this home for a friendly and hassle-free stay!'

Communication with the property manager was easy; he was very helpful and made the process seamless. This is a beautiful area of Long Island and the Vineyard Beach House was a wonderful addition to our family wedding weekend. '

'Home was as described, in great shape, well equipped, in quiet neighborhood, yet close to many activities and nearby wineries in the Long Island North Fork. Has a great inground pool, was opened, but early in season so we didn't use it. . .but was beautiful, cleaned and ready to use. . . .we just travelled a little early in the year for swimming. LOL The owner, Mike, was great to work with, excellent communications in booking, and any questions we had prior to our arrival. We had minor glitch...
