'Rented the cottage for my wife, 1.5 year old, and myself, Andrew was fantastic and easy to get in contact with for all questions/concerns. The cottage, grounds, pool, and hot tub are well maintained and we had a great experience overall. Will be planning another stay here! '

'Had a phenomenal family weekend at Shawns house in Mattituck. Quaint property in a great community stocked with tons of games and necessities. Will definitely be visiting again! '

'We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time. '

'This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this lovely home and as always, we had a wonderful time! The property owner (Kate) is always very responsive and makes the whole process very easy and enjoyable. We spent lots of time enjoying the beach, eating seafood, relaxing at wineries, and enjoying all of the fresh fruits and vegetables from the many farm stands. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the North Fork and staying at this clean and cozy beach house. '

'This was our second stay at Aqua Vista. We love the property. The house is recently renovated and everything is brand new. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is located close to the beach and center of the town with all of the restaurants. The property manager is a great host. We enjoyed our visit to the fullest.'

Everything we needed was within close walking distance: a grocery store, beaches, downtown shops and restaurants, the Shelter Island Ferry, and even a local winery. We kept busy everyday and had a peaceful retreat when needed.'
