'I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. 'The area is all antique homes. Alot of farm land. I always thought New York was just cement and high rises.'

'The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!'

'Outside setting wasn’t good. Bugs inside the bathroom. Ants near the sink. Advertised with AC but 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have window units and are too hot to sleep in. Shower was tiny and leaking all over. Unfortunately, would not return.'

'We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! 'Great house right on the lake, perfect place to watch the sunset. We caught tons of different fish on the lake and also right off the dock at the house. Kids loved the kayaks and paddle boat. '
