'Staying here was a positive experience! We had people from ages 6 to 74 and everyone enjoyed their stay. There are plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The outdoor dining space worked well for us and the pool table was a big hit. Some of us even walked to Market Street and the CMOG to earn all the ice cream we ate! The host was clear, responsive, and helpful. Wonderful stay!'

'The place is so quaint, cozy, and lovely. Beautiful and cute decor, and the view from the deck is gorgeous. BJ is a great host and we loved the tour, hearing the history of the farm and petting the goats. Only 15 minutes from Watkins and the shops there. Looking forward to another stay!'

'My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this home on the hill. The house was very clean and accommodating. The outdoor pavilion space with jacuzzi and fire pit was beautiful overlooking the pond and mountains. Communication with the property manager was excellent too. We really enjoyed this getaway with close proximity to hiking trails and activities in Watkins Glen. '

The layout worked perfectly for our two families, and we were so happy to find a pet-friendly spot that welcomed our dog. The air conditioning kept the space cool during a hot weekend, and everything was just as described. Great location in Ithaca and an easy, enjoyable stay overall—we’d come back!'
