'We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse '

'I would like to give this property as many stars as we was able to see …. A MILLION STARS!!!! Everything was perfect. You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!'

'My grandkids and had a blast fishing having a campfire and laying on the dock looking at the stars. Loved sleeping overnight in a beautiful log cabin instead of a tent. We all said we wished we lived there!'

'What an amazing stay! Will definitely be back with the family and dog next time. Great attention detail (coffee syrup selection, pillows galore, makeup towels, and even dog fitted towels!), quite peaceful surroundings, awesome game room... I could go on! Short drive to the PA Grand Canyon and the view of the stars was beautiful! 10/10'

'The host made the whole process easy. We were given excellent directions to the cabin and we had no issues getting into the cabin. The cabin was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The WiFi and TV both worked well. The location was a reasonable driving distance from the attractions we were interested in seeing. '

'The house was so cute and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great. You could easily walk into town to get a coffee or check out the little shops, but it was also very quite at night. Having a back yard to be able to spend time in was amazing. Would stay here again!'

'We had an absolutely delightful stay at Ebb’n’Flow. The spot is secluded and full of charm and natural beauty. The cabin and grounds have everything needed for a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing getaway. We made a promise to return next summer, but for much longer. Kudos to Marilyn and her team- they rock. '

'My husband and three young adult children were so happy staying here. It exceeded our expectations. The cabin was perfect. The town of Hornell was very quaint with coffee shops and a great Wegmans and Walmart and more! We slept well and had everything we needed. We went to Letchworth state park and Rochester on Lake Ontario. Beautiful area! We hope to return again. '

'My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...
