'Everything was great except the hot tub jets are broke. Could tell girl knew but said oh no, kinda like Mac Donalds ice cream machine. Hopefully next time it will be fixed for real.'

'I booked this hotel through Expedia. Soon after I received a notice stating the hotel canceled my reservation and to call them directly. So I called the hotel. The person who answered said they don’t know how I could have booked through Expedia since they don’t use Expedia but they would honor my price if I came in. Well I decided to book somewhere else because I wasn’t paying for the same room twice. I have messaged Expedia and hopefully will get my money back but they were having a hard time...
