'Great location and great restorant.'

'Check-in went well and the front desk employee was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had an issue with the toilet and the maintenance man came to the room within an hour....thank you!'

'The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.'

'My door didn't lock properly when it did the was no key card i had to go to the desk so they could let me. When checking in they told me because i arrived late it was the only room they had left (yes i had reservations they gave my room to someone else yes they knew i would arrive late) The air conditioner didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Theysaid they would refund me if they couldn't find me another room then refused.'

'The organization was a math. They did not have my room ready. They gave me a completely different room. They wanted to charge me more for that room the toilet or clogged. The restroom was a mess in the room smells like smoke and it was a non-smoking room do not recommend this hotel go somewhere else.'

'The room had 2 Q beds, as requested. The room was not ready, so we had to wait, though check in time was supposed to be 3 pm. There was only 1 chair. The toilet was low, with nothing to grab onto. The bathroom door was also the closet door, which slid to one side or the other. The shower was fine, with plenty of towels. The room had no safe, though the front desk had safety boxes, I think…which we did not use. Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.'

'This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again'

'We waren op doorreis. Zodoende dit hotel geboekt. Wat een verrassing!! Zo mooi, netjes, schoon. Geweldige upgrade voor $25,00 per kamer. Eigen terrasje met ligbedden. Heerlijke comfortabele bedden! Gezellige bar. Buitenzwembad is in aanbouw. Wordt geweldig mooi. Echt een aanrader!!!'

'room looked like it was from the 70s, i was there a week and no service at all was provided, smelled like weed in the hallways, the outside parking lot was riddled with pot holes it felt like i was driving an obsticle course just to avoid them ... it was near a lot of dining and shops though... is that a plus?'

'This hotel was nothing as advertised. There was no restaurant or bar on the property, the property is under construction, and the elevator was not working properly. The wifi does not work either. I paid extra for these amenities and was extremely disappointed with this stay.'

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'

'Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude'
