'The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area '

'I really enjoyed my overnight stay at the Happy Place. As a single traveler it was perfect for me. Great excellent communication from the owner, and very easy check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything you would need. The shower was great and the large bed was perfect! I had a fantastic stay at this property and might stay there again next year, if I make it to South Dakota. '

'Tommy's house was really nice inside and out. Inside was spotless and exceeded all of our needs. Tommy was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restsurants. We wOnly stsyed one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others '

'This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. The hot tub and game room spaces were a huge hit with the kiddos! We will be back for sure! This is a clean and cozy rental! '

'We stayed here just passing through after visiting the Black Hills. It was perfect for our family and a one night stay for all of us. The location was great too because it was only minutes from a lot of restaurants and other amenities in the area. Sioux Falls was much bigger than expected and can definately feel crowded very quickly leaving the house especially during weekday rush hour times. This location was good for what we were looking for. I'm not sure it would be good spending more than a...

'The place was absolutely perfect for a family with young kids and a dog. Had every appliance and utensils you’d need. Beds were super comfy and the location could not have been better. '

'Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub and back yard are very nice and relaxing. Beach towels provided. Beds are super comfortable. The house is close to groceries, event center, fairgrounds, liquor store, etc. The Uber drivers did have trouble finding it sometimes, but that's on them. We had a great weekend in Sioux Falls!'

'Beautiful home in a great location. The host was so great with communicating and was very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out were so easy! The house is incredibly spacious and offered tons of options to gather! '

'Chris was a welcoming host. His communications were always helpful and clear. We stopped here for a couple of nights during a long road trip. The space was comfortable for a short visit and allowed us to get some much needed rest! Our dog loved the fenced-in backyard. We would definitely stay here again next time we pass through Sioux Falls.'

The only things that disappointed us was a small bathroom (which the way the house is, its nothing about the all in all experience ) i will definitely have another reservation hopefully soon. 10 out of 10 ❤️'

"Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! "
