'The house is in a nice new neighborhood. We stayed there for our son’s graduation from the University of Alabama and it was a great place to stay with our entire family vs. a hotel. Derrick, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. If we have any future stays in T town we will definitely stay here again. '

'My communications with the host were very timely. I opted to add an additional night to my stay and the host quickly accommodated my request. This property seemed like it was brand new. Everything was spotless, and I saw no signs of wear and tear. All of the appliances looked new, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. 'It was a small house but very comfortable.Had all the necessary items in the house for my weekly stay. Enjoyed the shower.My only criticism would be to have slightly better beds. The beds were platform beds and a little hard probably could use better mattresses.Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.'

'Magnolia Tides was the perfect stay for our group of 6 adults. We came on a girls trip looking for a peaceful place to relax and just enjoy time together, and we certainly found it! The beds were extremely comfortable, the living room had ample, comfortable seating, and the dining room was the perfect size.
