'Apartment was very nice and clean.The host was responsive and considerate.Everything we needed was provided.The view was incredible from the patio.The parking space was very nice and free of charge.Also no extra charge to use washer and dryer.Will definitely love to come back again.'

'The highlight of our visit was Verena herself who made us feel so comfortable. She was a most gracious host who personally welcomed us at the door. Her guesthouse is beautiful, meticulously cared for, and very comfortable. Her breakfasts were delicious. especially her personally-prepared bacon and eggs as well as local products. Her Swiss dinners were exquisite.'

'Just be aware this is a busy resort. Our apartment was spacious, bed linens and towels provided, dish soap provided but no pods for dishwasher and no soap. Views were magnificent.'

'Excellent place to stay with our two children and mother in law (3 adults plus 2 children). Location was convenient to all of the Lucerne activities, 15 -20 minute drive. Location was also convenient to grocery stores where we stocked up for items to make breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Plenty of space and the children loved all of the toys and books provided, nice touch!'

'Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
