'Three ladies getting away for a long weekend found a perfect oasis. This is a beautiful, quiet, property with a large private backyard. Perfect to enjoy time outside with the fire pit, yard games, a cook out. This place looks exactly like the pictures, everything is spotless and looks new. We had no problems getting checked in or out and our host was promptly available to message. We all enjoyed the beds and having our own rooms was so nice to relax. The game room in the garage was a great...

'Perfect location for Softball tournament at USI field and Deaconess fields. Close to restaurants, stores, and whatever else might need. Neighborhood is really good! First time to Evansville area and wasn’t really sure what to expect, but had people walking, jogging, etc from morning to night. Even saw a Lorax Friday evening lol, that did a toe touch hop. College kids. Property was perfect for family of 4. Owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay. '

'This home is nicely remodeled and provided good space for us. It was great to have updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry on site. Bobby was very responsive with communicating, and check-in and check-out were easy. We enjoyed our stay in Evansville.'

'There was plenty of room. There were a couple of very small things about cleanliness but overall was very good. Perfect location to some shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. '

'We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!'

'We arrived and the bed wasn’t as described “premium”. That’s a joke. The bed was indented toward the center so that the two of us would have rolled into the middle. We are over 60 years and would have ended up with backaches.Highly disappointing! '
