'The very nice and very clean house with a fantastic garden and pool ensured a wonderful stay for all ages.'

'The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly...

'We had a perfect stay at Juan’s fantastic apartment in June. Juan is a warm and generous host and his home is beautiful. (He lives downstairs and the entrance to the apartment is totally private.) It has everything you need from a fully-equipped kitchen to a shady terrace with disco balls on the roof! We felt totally at home. It’s less than 10 minutes to the heart of the centre of Murcia. You can walk through nearby park Floridablanca, and you’re at the lovely huge municipal pool where you can...

'The accommodation meets all expectations. The villa is amazing, much better than what appears in the photos. It is a very large villa space, with all kinds of amenities. The pool is a joy and perfect size. The barbecue area is very well equipped. The house is fully equipped. You feel at home at all times. The host of the villa is very friendly and ensures that his guest enjoys the best possible stay. We were 7 people and we all left very happy. We will return without a doubt!'

'Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, aber in einem sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Die Möbel sind schmutzig u. zum Teil kaputt. Das einzige Fenster, dass man öffnen konnte, war direkt über der Abzughaube eines Restaurants, so dass sehr unangenehme Gerüche in die Wohnung kamen - auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, da es undicht / kaputt war. Im Bad gab es Kakerlaken. Die Vermieterin war schon im Vorfeld unfreundlich und hat auf meine abschließende Beschwerde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Ich rate dirngend...

'Ubicación y apartamento perfecto para lo que buscábamos. Casa súper amplia para pasar un finde con amigos. Destacar la amabilidad del casero, muy atento a todas nuestras peticiones '

'Beautifull Building with good outdoor kitchen and large swimming pool. Very spacious and good bedroom. Downpoints: * only toilets in the badrooms * There was nog big coffeemachine (for a group of 18 that is a problem). There used to be one but apperently it was broken and not replaced. * Only one basic towel per person is basic for a 5 day stay. A big + small one would have been nices. Overall a good stay and nice area with lot of things to do (by car). Good bakery and lot of supermarkets...

Comfortabel, goede ligging, behulpzaam personeel

"Mooi hotel, behulpzaam personeel, goede ligging tov centrum. Goed bed. Comfortabele stoel. Het kitwerk van de douche moet nodig vervangen worden. Er zat zwarte schimmel lans de randen. Dat is niet wat je verwacht in een 4 sterren hotel. De rand langs de buitenkant van de douchewand was niet schoon en is tijdens ons 11 nachten verblijf ook niet schoongemaakt. De baddoeken werden vaak vervangen, ook als we daar niet om gevraagd hadden door ze op de grond te leggen. Dat kan duurzamer."
