'Locatie was schoon. Alleen te boeken voor minimaal 3 nachten. Ruim appartement. Maar slapen onder lakens en paarden dekens is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Toiletrollen niet voorzien. Bij 3 dgn zorg ten minste voor een klein keukensetje (sponsje/ 50ml afwasmiddel). Receptie niet coöperatief. Zwembad niet inhouse maar 3 km verder pp een samenwerking met een aquaparc. Meubels appartement smoezelig'

'We stayed at the Mountain Exposure Luxury Chalets for 3 nights. It was a beautiful chalet, very spacious, clean & tidy. The views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn from our balcony were breathtaking. Meeting the concierge to pick up the keys was very easy, he coordinated the evening before so everything was organized. Great location for Zermatt train station, Gornergrat train and the Matterhorn Gondola ride. Highly recommend.'

'Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano '

'1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。 2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意 1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款 2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫 3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買 4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用 5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶 3.建議如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。 '

'Fijne plek met een prachtig uitzicht. Je heb wel de auto nodig om naar het centrum te komen . Er is geen mogelijkheid om langs de weg te lopen . Zeer vriendelijke personeel die goed Engels spreken.'

'The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.'

"My room had big windows with amazing views on the adjacent nature park. Very good airco in the room, comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and accomodating, even with unusual requests. Extensive breakfast, including vegetables. Only minor point; as aircrew (we usually have a very early start), we arrived 13:00 o’clock at the hotel and had to wait a long time for the room to get ready. In the lobby the airconditioning is not working properly and it was extremely hot, to the point of getting unwell. They should get a better working airco in the lobby. But overall a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Prima uitval na vlucht op Malpensa. Eenvoudige maar schone kamer en badkamer. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt welke continue aangevuld werd. Voor iemand die niet tegen geluidjes kan tijdens slaap moet ergens anders overnachten omdat dit hotel op 5 minuten van Malpensa ligt. "
