'There were 8 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. The boat was a perk we really enjoyed! We fished, we cooked, we laughed. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of great blue herons. Some played pool and some played pacman while enjoying records on the turntable. Highly recommend this place!'

'This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.'

'We had a wonderful stay for three nights! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan you could imagine! The balconies were perfect for enjoying your meals with a view! The beds and furniture were very comfortable! There were movies and games for us to utilize during our downtime in the evenings! And my gamer kid and phone addicted teens had no issue utilizing the wifi! Highly recommend!'

'We were visiting to move our daughter to UIUC. It was easy to find, check in and check out. Check out was particularly easy and we appreciated that. The dryer didn’t work, but we found a laundromat nearby with ease. '

'There were three adults on our trip to Rockville, so having three separate bedrooms was wonderful! The house was beautiful, very clean and thoughtfully stocked for guests. We walked all through the quiet neighborhood around the Honey Bee House. There are several fun things to do and see near Rockville, and we enjoyed them all!'

'This place was just what we needed - quiet, peaceful, clean and very well stocked. We slept so soundly there. The beds were comfortable and it had a cozy feel to it. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.'

'A very utilitarian home. Nice beds, bedding and towels. Nice shower. Need to shower quickly if several showers needed in quick succession. Lovely air conditioning in this heat. Be aware that the ac is loud. Hosts very responsive to contact. We were happy with our stay. '

'We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!'

'We booked last minute but were very pleased with the accommodations. Communication was very prompt. Though it's next door to a chiropractor office, it was very quiet & parking wasn't an issue. The house was very spacious, comfortable and so very clean! We stay at multiple rentals throughout the year & this one was, by far, the cleanest! It was spotless!! From the comfy beds & furniture to the soft throws & coffee essentials, you want for nothing. All you have to bring is groceries.It's located...
