'They gave us trouble with the room we reserved originally because they were having windows replaced and because we booked thru Expedia they stated they didn’t have a phone number to call us to let us know the room needed changed. 'Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm.
