'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, rustig hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt. Propere kamers het stoorde me alleen dat op de tv een balk stond van de temperatuur ter plaatsen die niet weg ging.'

'A huge amount of noise came from the ventilation unit. Turning off heating/airco did not help anything, it kept blowing at a huge speed with a lot of noise. It sounded like sleeping next to an aircraft engine. The person at hand suggested to swap rooms next door. The exact same thing. After that, his comment was “oh this must be normal”. It was far from normal. Did not sleep and thus not enjoy our stay! Would not recommend it. Lack of help or compassion. '

'Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. 'Very nice room'

'Property was quiet. Great place to stay with pets, but there were a few neighborhood dogs that roamed around to watch out for. Host had amazing communication before, during and after our stay.'

'everything was great except the noise from outside around the tables which people set at. They was partying and making noise till 2am. There should be a curfew at night. Yes understand you'al are making a lot of money from the oil workers in Pecos Tx but that does not give them the right to party and keep other people awake.'

'I was disappointed in this Best Western motel. The ice and coffee were very from our room in the lobby.The included breakfast was not at this motel. It was next door ar a reastaraunt and the reastaraunt was closed. This was not explained during check in, we had to ask later in the day were we would eat. Room was clean, but noisy with trucks. '
