'Great stay, but self serve coffee was cold/luke warm'

'A huge amount of noise came from the ventilation unit. Turning off heating/airco did not help anything, it kept blowing at a huge speed with a lot of noise. It sounded like sleeping next to an aircraft engine. The person at hand suggested to swap rooms next door. The exact same thing. After that, his comment was “oh this must be normal”. It was far from normal. Did not sleep and thus not enjoy our stay! Would not recommend it. Lack of help or compassion. '

'The ladies at the front desk were very nice and got us in/out quickly without any problems. The bed was comfy and actually clean. The bathroom light was a little iffy,the door to the bathroom was hard to close properly,and one of the chairs at breakfast was broken at the back. We didn’t realize until it was too late. The breakfast options were on point though.'

'I arrived late. Did not have a reservation. Looked it over. Booked online. Slept like a baby in a super comfortable bed. The next morning I was greeted and made aware of breakfast. I even got some tips for the rest of my trip from a kind lady at the front desk. Interacted with 3 employees eager to help in any way they could.'

'The location was just as described. Property management was nice and quickly assisted me with an issue I had. Door locks can be a little tricky so I do recommend watching the video that you receive in a text message before your check-in but once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy. Will definitely be my choice for my next trip! '

'Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Pot hole in one of the side access to parking lot was only real downside. '

'Tiny is the way to Stay! The accommodations were perfect! I have family in Monahans and it was nice to cook a meal for them. The only issue we had was workers were on our roof putting up Solar panels, making so much noise. Hopefully that has been completed, because we will definitely be staying again! '

'The breakfast buffet was top notch; clean, fully stocked, tasty. The dining/kitchen staff worked diligently to keep everything socked and clean. Only complaint was during my week stay, housekeeping never made my bed. They came in everyday to refresh towels but never made the bed. That’s just so strange. '

'Gnats everywhere. My room only had a few. But the wonderful lady at desk warned it was gnat season!! I slept very comfortable! Would stay here again.'
