'It was perfect! We never thought of a lake getaway for the 4th of July before, but we loved this! Fireworks & sunsets on the water… PERFECT!! Very specious, beautiful home, loved the screened in porch & flat back yard too:) I’d love to one day own a place like this!'

'Property was as advertised. Check-in was easy and property was clean. There was no check out instructions but we just took dirty towels and sheets off beds. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.'

'We have been going to Lake Sinclair for 12 years now. We have rented condos and houses. This house has been our favorite. It is set up perfectly with the 2 floors. We have teenagers and they had their on floor with a shuffleboard game and movie theater. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything looked brand new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental. We will be booking this again for next summer!'

'I rented the property for a vending event that I attend and really enjoyed my stay. The homes location offers privacy and a short commute to nearby restaurants and stores. The home also offered adequate space to comfortably sleep 8 guest. I would rent this property again for future trips!The host were also very responsive and accommodating to date and time changes that I needed for my trip, really appreciative .'

'Loved this tiny cabin. Great use of space. Felt like we had plenty of room. My boys loved the hammock in the shade. The candy and popcorn was a nice surprise too. We will definitely be back in we are in the area. '

'The view is gorgeous! The house is quaint and adorable with very comfortable beds. Although there are houses on each side of the property, the foliage makes you feel secluded. We saw a lot of deer and caught a bunch of fish. It was exactly what we hoped for! Can't wait to return!'

'Quaint & SUPER immaculate guest house with wrap around deck AND big lake views. Great location close to restaurants, marinas, water sports and food stores. '

'Loved our stay, very nice place, everything you can think of was provided! My only suggestion, would be, to have a covered deck. I only say this, because, it rained a few nights, and we grilled most of our food. We also bought a can opener, and left it for future guests, lol ,other was broken. Great place, great communication! Would definitely book again!'

'Clean and tidy, large 3 level house with all of the amenities. Our family, 8 of us, enjoyed the quite time and lake access. Large great room with kitchen, dining, and family room opening onto second story deck over looking the back yard and lake. Also a front deck the same size. Very nice!The host/owner was really helpful and attentive when needed.'

'We had an amazing time, the house was exactly as it was described. Very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The only thing they didn’t have was WiFi which was fine as we needed this time to spend with family without all the electronics. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future.'
