'Once in a lifetime experience. So grateful to everyone who had a role in renovating this historic property. The house is a treasure with elegant wraparound porches in authentic Kentucky style. The spacious well-furnished interior achieves modern day luxury while keeping its character. The home overlooks Harrod’s Creek and we saw deer from the window. Convenient to the excellent restaurants one minute away. We are already planning a return stay.'

'My partner and I hoped for a peaceful getaway to hike and chose this place. As soon as we drove in, it seemed like nothing we’d quite seen. It’s walled like a park with an expansive front yard area, but it’s private. There are really cute old buildings. It was like we had the place to ourselves. 'You could tell the renter went the extra mile, both financially and with design, to make the renter's stay comfortable, fun, and luxurious. We appteciated the quality bath linens and bedding, and the beds were so comfortable. The design made it feel inviting and high end. Communication with the renter reflected the large effort of this renter. She was timely and professional, and very reprogram to our family's needs. I highly recommend this property. You cannot beat the location or the effort...

'We were in town celebrating our engagement and this house could not have been more perfect. Each room has character and charm with a perfect large kitchen to debrief after the night. This home was warm and welcoming and truly a gem in the city. '

'We stayed here while we were waiting to move into our house. Upon arriving initially I wasn’t sure the house was going to be what we booked. However upon getting in, it was perfect. It was very nicely decorated and there is a ton of space for families or large groups. The outdoor space is lovely. When we arrived there was a few issues, but Tyler was a rockstar and immediately fixed all the issues we had. My kids especially loved the arcade machine. '

'Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them '
