'We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating...

'We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay.'

'Stayed here with my husband and daughter when in Fayetteville for Freshman orientation. Check in wasn’t until 4:00 on the first day and we received the lock codes etc exactly at 4:00 as they said we would. Property was clean and very nicely appointed. Good location close to campus , but there is construction happening at building next door so some nearby roads are closed. Overall great experience and we would stay there again, '

We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, shower siap, dish soap, laundry soap and cleaning supplies that were redily available. Beds were very comfortable also. Thanks for a great stay!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and completely remodeled house! It was perfect for our two kids (13 & 15) and dog. Everything was well stocked, clean, and had a great layout. There’s only two reasons it doesn’t get perfect: road noise (totally fine if you have a sound machine) and garage access. Otherwise I would rent this or recommend again!
