'Love the charm.'

'Great shower, bed was fine, property was clean'

'Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful.'

'The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!!...

'The staff did not clean our room and second day at all (wednesday) So, we were disappointed that they forgot us on the 6th floor, We have stayed at this hotel before and this has never happened previously.'

'I stayed for 5 nights while attending a convention in town. From the check in to check out, everything was wonderful. I didn't swim or work out, but I did have breakfast every day. It was awesome. Sleep was amazing. Deep and refreshing. My only problem was that I couldn't stay longer.'

'Would have liked hot water for my shower! It did get up to lukewarm. I am sure that helps conserve water. The pool was delightful. The air conditioning in the room was good, not so much in the lobby. This was obviously once a very nice hotel. It is currently maintained to adequate standards and was priced accordingly. So it worked well enough for us.'

'Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start.'

'If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service.'

'The hotel has started a badly needed renovation. All was dirty, not working, not available. In steat of redoing floor by floor, they do the whole hotel at once. Evrywhere workers! They should have closed the hotel or at least inform beforehand. Instead the normal price for a very bad hotel. So we were mislead. In fact a total contempt for the guests..'

'Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient!'
