'Het appartement is nieuw en goed ingericht. Met veel voorzieningen die je wenst, goede bedden. Het plaatsje heeft echter niet veel te bieden behalve mooie stranden. Hoewel er uitzicht is op de baai is er ook een parkeerplaats. Geeft echter weinig overlast. Er is geen dagelijkse schoonmaak maar je kunt wel schone handoeken vragen. Wifi werkt goed.'

'It's definitely a great space to stay to be central to town. The location is first-class: walking distance to town, beaches, and a local pub.A few small things to be aware of when booking. The fridge is very small, we had 4 adults, 2 children, and we had to use two eskys to keep everything we needed.The internet is incredibly patchy, also neither TV has great service, and they aren't smart TVs. Not overly an issue, as in summer you'd be at the beach, but as one day was cold and raining for us,...

'What a beautiful property! We had an hours-long tour with Kathy, the caretaker, who lives in a cottage at the back of the property. There was so much to explore! The kids loved the pool. We played tennis. We walked, and walked, and walked. Quirky, and fun! Kathy and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Beds were comfy, and lots of care taken to keep the place clean and visually interesting. Enjoy! '

'It was a delight to stay three nights at Air's Cottage, Penola. It could not have been more welcoming. The cottage has been beautifully preserved and renovated. It has modern amenities and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend Air's Cottage to anyone I know who might visit and stay in Penola.'

'A really lovely compact park. Right in the centre of town, but also on the cliff edge connected to the coastal path. Reasonable rates for a well presented cabin with all we needed. We will definitely be back for a longer stay to make more of the opportunities. '

'Excellent rooms very spacious, clean, exceptional bathroom/shower, close to shopping and local eateries/ main street. There is no reception but check in was very simple and phone correspondence was very good and couldn't do enough to help, very courteous. Price was very reasonable and would certainly seek out Aloha properties when next we travel. '

'The size of the property alone is 5 stars! We all truly felt at home for the night with so much room to move about for 10 adults. You’d think there would be some noise being on a main road, but we could barely hear a thing. Great location and a minute walk to Noky at the Henry where we had a great dinner. Communication prior to check in was great and the process was so easy. Comfortable and modern furnishings. Will certainly book again when in Mount Gambier!'

'We love Teddy’s Shack! This is the second time staying here and we love it! We even extended our stay by two extra days because we enjoy it so much! House is in a perfect location with everything we could possibly need! Thank you for our second stay and I am sure we will returning next year!'

'I’ve lost count of how many times we have stayed in this lovely property while visiting relatives in the Mt Gambier area. It really is a home away from home!'

'We decided to stay here for a restful break in early Winter. Not unexpectedly it was rather cold and wet outside, but the Unit was wonderfully warm and well insulated despite the weather. The bed and couches were very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to work in. We chose to bring a slow cooker and air-fryer which meant we rarely went out for meals. The hot water worked well and the hosts were helpful and friendly. My husband uses a walking frame but this was easy to manage in the Unit. The...
