'We had a wonderful stay at this home in Appleton Wisconsin. The home was clean and spacious, and the yard well landscaped. The neighborhood was perfect for a daily stroll, quiet, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with spices, salt and pepper, dishes, decent pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, etc. Spices are often not provided in similar rentals so that was a major plus. 'Accurate description and pictures. Stocked well and everything you need to be on the lake. Beds comfy and always that extra blanket if needed. 'Two couples looking for something different from the norm while in the area for a family wedding weekend trip. Can't say enough about how cool this place is. Kyle Ripley and his lovely family have created a unique, rural farm homestead. Besides the wonderful rental home you get a chance to tour the property and learn directly from the owner how it was created to be totally sustainable and "off the grid" while providing all the creature comforts you could want. 'Very quiet and very comfortable place to sleep! We enjoyed our wedding dress shopping trip to Appleton staying in this older remodeled home. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked! It was very close to downtown. '

'It was a beautiful home set close to everything of interest. The claw foot tub was a huge bonus. All appliances and amenities were great. The only thing I would recommend is turning the front room into an actual bedroom with a bed for elderly that can’t do the stairs. Art and flowers were beautiful. '

'We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. '

'Great house with a perfect location that is close to everything. The house was super clean, all supplies we needed were provided which was so wonderful. Check in was easy, Amy was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We loved grilling and watching movies after taking evening walks around the neighborhood. Lots of cute houses to look at. We had little kids and were less than 5 minutes from a big park and playground for them to play. '

'We normally don’t rent pet-friendly places because we’re both allergic to animals, but this place was very clean and we hardly noticed! The neon lights are so fun, and Anne was so hospitable. We were all comfortable and our boys loved the different levels of stairs! We definitely recommend this place, especially with all the tv’s and games to choose from!'

'The Depot is an amazing quaint and charming gem in the heart of Amherst. The property is newly renovated and very clean and peaceful. The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. Would highly recommend!'

'My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Union Utopia! The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. And, above all else, Amy was a superb host. We never met in person, but all of her communications conveyed a genuine concern that we enjoy our stay.
