'We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.'

'Outside appearance and surrounding were not appealing, but the interior was as advertised with nice amenities. A lighted walkway to enter would be a great addition. The movement sensor light doesn’t activate until you are very close to the door. Meanwhile you have to traverse a bumpy uneven trail to get to the door. Once inside, the property was welcoming.'

'House was "as advertised". Had a couple minor maintenance issues that the property manager promptly resolved. Very prompt reponses to texts and allowed for a 1 hour early check in when we arrived slightly earlier than planned.'

'This Air B&B was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect,and the views from the backyard are stunning! The home is clean and spacious, and provided great extras! There was shamppo/conditioner/body wash is every full bath! The fireplace was a great BONUS,and the house was cozy and comfortable! Would love to stay again in the future!'

'The house smelled fresh as you walked in. There were clear instructions on everything about the house. Very cozy home in a cute neighborhood. Not far from i25. Made it a breeze to hop on and head to Fort Collins. Definitely recommend. I forgot my meds in the refrigerator and they were so kind and shipped them to me.'

'I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling...

'We stayed in this house for a week, and it was great. The house fit all 9 of us perfectly. It was clean when we arrived, and the owners were great to work with. The kids loved the pool as well. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.'

'After a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, which the property manager fixed after a few days, it was a wonderful house. With 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom (one main level and one lower level); 1 bedroom's full bathroom was right outside the bedroom door (main level), and the other bedroom had a half bathroom right next door (lower level). 'We booked this house with a group of friends. On the day of our reservation the owner called and canceled stating he didn't know about the booking and that it should have been blocked out. We had to book hotels further away and won't get our refund for 7-10 days.'
