'Exceptional all inclusive resort'

'Wow this place is great'

'We would like a bit more service and hospitality from the staff.'

'I like the bar tender she was nice'

'Nice place to stay for a few nights, nice apartment'

'I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

'Prima kamer op begane grond met zitje. Prima uitgeruste keuken en aparte slaapkamer. Ontbijt was goed, maar wel altijd hetzelfde , en hele slappe koffie. Receptie was heel vriendelijk .'

'Property was very clean, courtyard was excellent and tropical, pool great by ocean. LaRoc bar and grill is the only restaurant in the area but food was good and staff Ok. Property caters to the condo owners. Hotel is a small part of the property. Restaurant doesn’t open till noon and hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast or coffee services. Not even Kleenex in the room. Room service and towels are request only. Very relaxing and peaceful though.'

'Het is een oud hotel, koelkast vriest, airco warmt niet veel roest op spullen. Kamer was wel schoon Het ziet er niet zo uit als op foto’s. Het heeft geen shuttle service ondanks dat het op site staat. Buurt waar het hotel ligt is niet echt mooi of bijzonder, veel activiteiten bestaan niet meer. Zwembad was netjes '

'Overall satisfied and it felt like home'

'Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our...

'Loved the 5th floor view, I could see the ocean from the bed. Murphy bed was comfortable. Good hot water, fully equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed swimming in the pool and ocean. Walked on beach almost daily. Grounds and condo building well kept up. I would rent again.'

'Dess was a much needed oasis in what could have been a nightmare scenario. The accommodations and the quick responses to all your needs is greatly appreciated. Room was extremely clean and well kept pictures do it no justice. Really nicely decorated and upkept. Amenities in the condo are great stores are close and expensive if something is missing. Enjoy this gem of a stay. Ty so much for having us.'

'Lovely home, clean, nicely furnished and a great view off the balcony! It is a walk up so a little caution to older visitors. We will be back!'

'I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
