'Was very pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews! Apartment was in an excellent location short walk to the Piece Hall & town centre. Excellent facilities and very quiet so got great nights sleep! Bed was also very comfy - would definitely stay here again as found it great value for money!'

"Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!"

Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. "
