'I was so disappointed in our stay with your facility. The check in was with very rude person that hardly smiled the entire check in and check out. The bed was hard and furniture looked like second hand furniture as well as the dinning furniture. I don't understand how your can let the facility get so run down.'

'The hotel has a good location near Great Basin National Park. Very reasonably priced room. No TV; but, we didn't mss it. Good internet connectivity. The cafe had tasty food and great service. We had fun at the hotel.'

'It's an affordable stop, we have stayed before and knew what to expect. Rooms in the main casino are loud. Bar and dining are decent for a hotel like this. The bar staff were great. Casino was empty for a Saturday night. I feel like it was the staff or a couple casino players making the majority of the noise all night.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE!! It's now 04:35 in the night and have not slept a second. This is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting. The garbage from the previois guest(s) is still here. There are a lot of eating leftovers on the floor. The bed's were made nicely, but when opening the sheets there are a lot of hairs on both the sheet and the pillows. The bed itself is a 4/10 comfort-wise. It's a springpocket matrass which you can clearly feel, but not the worst matress I ever...

'We loved the house. The wildlife was spectacular. We liked the isolation in the beautiful valley. We had 3 birds fly into the east facing window. 2 died. Can you put something on the glass to help the birds see the glass'
