'I’ll start with the good things. The location is unbeatable, as it is right at the base of the mountain. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but that was fully disclosed in the listing. The beds were comfortable. The communications and help provided during the stay were also great. There are a lot of hooks, which I always look for in a rental, and they left plenty of clean towels. What we did not like is that the rental is extremely dated, not just in decor but in functionality. The fireplace...

'The place was very dirty. The linens were dirty, the pots/pans and all of the cooking utensils were dirty. There was a rubber band on the floor in bathroom that didn't belong to us.There was only 3 forks and a few spoons. Very little silverwear.'

'This condo is a true ski-in, ski-out experience! Literally walked out the back door and skied to the lift. (A/B lifts) The kitchen was well appointed, the bed comfortable, and was perfectly set up for a ski vacation. The entire space had a comfortable, rustic vibe. 'This was not a good stay, the unit was not very clean, we came in late at night for a one night stay, saw lots of ants, heavily stained rugs and there was lots of deferred maintenance in general. The Murphy bed squeaked every time we rolled over or got in and out, the tiny fan was not sufficient and there was no ac, the windows were filthy and did not all operate properly. Overall felt like the owner could do many things to improve the unit. '
