'You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy....

'We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery...

'Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game,...

'The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Definitely on the ‘stay again’ list thank you, Todd PS: the teen boys loved the arcade room and the rest of us loved the showers - nice renovation touch, very European '

'We enjoyed a very nice stay. The kitchen was easy to work in and we enjoyed preparing and eating meals together. The accommodations overall were very nice and well kept. This location is walking distance to down town Cherry Valley. We would definitely book and stay hear again. '

'Clean, spacious. Neighborhood was quiet, large space, very nice kitchen. Lots of updates and remodeling, too hot to use but nice fenced backyard, driveway to park. Good communication when we weren't sure how to get in and after.'

'Great house and plenty of good space for a large group. Very private property and had an excellent time enjoying the views and the water.If you are getting in the lake I would suggest some water shoes, there were some sharp rocks.Overall, very happy with our stay!'

'Our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 young people) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat, and the pier worked great to tie up the boat. The property was well furnished inside and out for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the water with the boat either swimming, tubing or simply cruising to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.'
