'Perfect '

'De locatie was prima om de 'chilterns' te ontdekken en het gezellige Henly-on-Thames was maar even verderop.'

'Personeel zeer attent en prettig. Echte Engelse klasse'

'Everything was just right, facilities, staff and food'

'Great pub, handy located, great service, parking on the street close by very affordable as long as you are away with the car during the day (paid is 0800 till 20:00) so if you come in after 19:00 and leave around 0900 you pay 2 pound for the parking'

'Het hotel was erg verzorgd. En het ontbijt voortreffelijk. Echt een aanrader!'

'The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay.'

'Hotel boutique nouvellement réouvert après avoir amorcé de belles rénovations. Très propre et confortable. Au lieu d’une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux comme réservé, on nous a proposé deux chambres simples, lesquelles étaient petites mais bien fonctionnelles. Stationnement facile. Produits de toilette et de thé/café. Seul manque est le séchoir à cheveux. Bon rapport qualité prix.'

'Ontbij wat karig maar verder prima!'

'Good breakfast, nice old pub and nice surroundings however old comes at a price. Small rooms, noisy, small bathroom, mediocre bed and checkin after 18:00. Not suitable for business guests I would say.'

'We had a wonderful vacation in the cottage; nice pool, tennis court, and a fantastic, peaceful view and garden with fruit trees. The only downside is that we had expected a bit more from the owners, such as their presence upon arrival with a tour through the cottage or a brief conversation upon departure. But none of this happened. The cottage could also be cleaned a bit better (cobwebs everywhere are unnecessary), and the outdoor table near a fruit tree full of wasps may not be very convenient....

'Room clean but bed not up to Premier Inn standard. Very springy and uncomfortable. Grandson lived the packet of skittles in the room - this made his stay. Staff amazing and helpful '

'Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).'

'Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

'Absolutely fantastic. A great setting and very clean and comfortable would highly recommend. It was lovely to be able to walk into Henley and local pubs. Will definitely return.'
