Wij hadden een heerlijke massage ontvangen en hebben deze per abuis 2x betaald. Het hotel heeft ervoor gezorgd dat wij via via ons geld terugontvingen in Malang. Als dat geen service is. '員工其實都不錯，挺主動幫忙。每天都有要求更換床單，但每天更換的床單都還是會有髒汙的地方。房間整體算乾淨，但提供瓶裝水只有兩罐200ML，有點小。早餐其實選擇性不多，水果不甜，但也是有好吃的餐點，咖啡常有咖啡渣，茶的味道花香太濃，牛奶在平常日不會提供。'

'The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel itself is not special or fancy, but it is well-run, clean, and located in the center of Solo. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the restaurant is good, and the hotel also has a nice cafe with an outside seating area. They featured life music at the cafe on weekend evenings. We saw no other foreign guests, which we saw as a plus. Many staff members speak good English.'

'Sauna was just a cabin with no relax area. Steamroom, etc were closed and in need of repair. Did not look like the pics of Expedia at all. '
