'Great vacation week at this house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is huge. It was great having air conditioning. The property was beautiful, nice and shady, and we were able to do a lot of fishing, kayaking and swimming by the dock.'

'We rented this property because our was getting married in Sturbridge and we wanted a place for the groomsmen to gather and get ready but also where we could spend the night. The location was awesome! ( can’t wait to see pictures) and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed it so much that we are already talking about returning for a relaxing visit!!'

'A Treasure Map.Secret messages. Riddles. Tiny hidden fairy houses. Underhill Hollow is its own little world. Completely enchanting! The Treehouse is beautiful and cozy and the property is just pure magic!...woods, a pond, stone walls, bridges and trails perfect for exploring! The hosts..both human and animal...goats,sheep,chickens,cats a dog and many frogs are fabulous. Can't recommend this place highly enough! '

'We loved our stay! The place was very clean and cute as can be. She provided everything we could possibly need and then some. It took us a little bit to get the trains into Boston figured out but we expected some of that based on the location. We felt safe traveling back and forth and would definitely recommend it.'

'Host met us at the property at check in to show us around. Property was very clean.Host checked in with us the next day to see if we had any questions which was very helpful.Nice to have an extra propane tank at the grill should we need it. Pool was nice and warm.Amazing views and even saw an eagle fly by.Amazing property.Within walking distance to Arlington downtown which we did a few times as well as did some kayaking which came with the rental. Had a wonderful time!'

"This is a very old , outdated building that didn't have any maintenance or investments for decades. The so called kitchen is empty, no cutlery, dishes or whatsoever. Bathroom was dirty. Mousse in the building!"

"The accomodation was very cheap (in today's inflation standards) and booked last minute, so I knew I didn't have to expect a glamorous hotel. But in my opinion you pay for amenities and extra's, hygiëne is a basic even if you pay 20 or 300$ a night. The sheets were clean but that was it, the room hadn't been cleaned for weeks and not deep cleaned for months or even years. The floor was only sweeped where you walk, every other corner had inches of dirt. There was a dried out cockroach in the closet, there was mold in the shower, flies coming out of the walls of the shower, and worst of all the shower was full of hair wich wasn't mine. I'm a seasoned traveler but this is the worst room I've ever had. I didn't mind to much as I have low standards and don't mind that much but thought you guys should know. Greetings "
