'Very cute property in the small town of Fertile, IA. Location was perfect as it we were in for a wedding at the Winan Creek Barn venue. This was five minutes away vs almost 20 to the nearest hotel. Impressively peaceful on the back patio at night, and just a few blocks down the block from a great little restaurant called Cafe Mir. Definitely recommend if staying in the area. '

'I didn't know what to expect being our first time at an Americainn but was very pleased. Would highly recommend. Breakfast, staff, hot tub, convenience to dining options, easy off/on interstate were all plusses.'

'Amelia has thought of every detail. The cottage is beautiful, yard impeccably landscaped. Includes all the little things you miss from home, fan next to the bed, extra towels, grill, cookbooks, so many little touches included you don’t always have with a VRBO property! She allowed us to check in early, as we were coming for a wedding in town & needed to get ready. Communicated when needed. Will most definitely stay again when we’re in Clear Lake. Thank you! '
