'Charming property with plenty of room/seating for a large family. WiFi and A/C work well. Easy check-in and check-out process. Owner was extremely helpful and quickly responded to questions. Well equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities. One item of note: the stairs to second level are quite narrow/steep, just something to keep in mind for guests with mobility issues. Overall, great experience and would recommend to others. '

'We had to stop here unexpectedly due to a storm and ended up checking in very late (2am). The staff was very kind during our arrival! The hotel was clean and quiet. We also really appreciated the continental breakfast! '

'No in-room fridge or microwave, not a problem for me. REAL orange juice at breakfast, wonderful! Sound insulation between rooms not so good. NO nightlight in bathroom, but there are some available at desk. Non-smoking room had stale smell of smoke, which took a few minutes to get used to. Towels were reasonably absorbent. Pleasant desk staff. Will stay again.'

'The lodge was everything we wanted and more. It was spacious, with every amenity we could wish for. Our most favorite aspect was its rustic charm. Nestled off the road, its location surrounded by trees, feels like you could be in the middle of nowhere, yet it’s a short distance from the lake, restaurants and other points of interest. We would heartily recommend. '

'Great place for a family of 10 that included grandparents, parents and grandkids. Since 2 are teens and one 11, they were able to sleep in the living room while the rest of us had beds upstairs. We were a bit worried about one shower, but we made it work! We walked down to the lake both nights. Large living room for family movie night. Perfect amount of seats for adults at the dining room and kiddos in the game area to eat and still be together. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. The kitchen...

'Check in was super easy all instructions were simple to follow. The main floor is beautifully remodeled with tons of space for a family to hang out. The views of the lake are amazing. '
