'Hallways smelled like smoke multiple times, and outfit room also smelled like smoke. Staff was nice about moving rooms quickly, but we’ve stayed here before and there seemed to be a lot of guests not following the non-smoking rule.'

'Clean, comfortable room. Our single queen room was spacious, with two tables and chairs. The area is quiet and safe - next door is a Mercedes dealership, to give you an sense of the area. All the typical amenities - soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, clothes iron. They do not provide a breakfast, which is clearly stated in the descriptions. Coffee and hot water for tea/cocoa available in the lobby. Lots of restaurants in the area. A very pleasant stay at a good price.'

'Very nice, helpful front desk staff. Lovely accommodations and very nice for our pet dog, too. Lots of areas around hotel to take walks! (And felt very safe.) Breakfast was just right. We will return!'

'the room was clean but not comfortable, the staff was courteous, my biggest problem, the $10 dollar pet fee which i fully understand but the $50 NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit that was not disclosed to me until check in is absurd. especially when the room was prepaid, so they already had my money, and too late in the day to find another room felt like i had just been hijacked.'

'The room was not very clean, dead bugs on the curtains, old yellowing devices, dirty floors, the sink wasn’t draining and the bathroom has no fan which is causing mold. You could also see where the housekeeping staff had just barely wiped the mirror clean causing me to think they didn’t clean the entire room too well either. We did book for a jetted tub and did not get that, but after 20 minutes of calling the after hours number repeatedly just to get checked in i wasnt going to complain about that.
