'Contacting the person to check in was not the problem, the problem was getting a room that the air conditioning was not working at all not even turning on , I got changed to a last minute room where the person was still mopping and floors were all wet ended up being muddy. There was no reason given to this situation. The electricity went out at some point and the place has no generator to back it up , the rest of the buildings around it were supported.
