'Everything was excellent except the communication between the Host and VRBO. I didn't have the VRBO app when I booked the property. The host submitted the checkin and out info to the VRBO app. The VRBO app did not forward it to me. I had to reach out to the host to get check in and out info personally. I booked the property through Expedia. She was so nice and accommodating. When I'm in town, I'll definitely look this up first.'

'The roundhouse retreat was perfect for getting our extended family together. Hosts were communicative and friendly and the views were amazing. We'd definitely do it all over again. '

'Such a nice place to stay for 3-nights. My wife, myself and our 7lb dog stayed here and enjoyed it so much. The Ranch was so quiet and relaxing. It is small but has everything we needed. Colleen was fantastic! She was running a working ranch with beautiful horses and other livestock. She was available if needed and we had complete privacy if wanted. Everything needed was a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely be back when we stay up in the Newcastle/Auburn area. '

'My family came up for a wedding and found this great location! The property is clean and well kept. Inside, everything was clean and we had all that we needed. The view from the front porch is fantastic! I would stay here again!'

'This is a nice new trailer, comfortable and well fitted out. Maria and Herb are very friendly and helpful. There was an early issue with power to the unit, and Herb skillfully fixed it quickly. If you like being near animals, this is your place. The horses nearby and the ducks and chickens in the farmyard made this a relaxing country experience for me. Would definitely stay again. '

'The cabin was spotless and absolutely wonderful—located in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nevada City. It was also a perfect base for visiting our favorite Yuba River swimming spots like Bridgeport and Oregon Creek, both about 30 minutes away. The hosts were incredibly trusting and provided clear, helpful instructions we could refer to during our stay. 'The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family stay. The house is spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. We loved gazing out at the lake. There are plenty of things to do. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking in the lake. The Foosball table saw plenty of action as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future. '
