'The Istaravshan Apartments were in an excellent location in the centre of the Tashkent City Park area and close to a Metro Station. There are Restaurants, Cafe's and shops in the vicinity of the Apartments and they are very close to the Tashkent City Park with its nightly Water Feature Shows. The Apartments are linked to the Holiday Inn Hotel for breakfasts. The Apartment was clean and well maintained during my stay.'

'Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite.
We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. I upgrades to a larger room with two beds to accommodate a last minute acquaintance of mine. The keys they gave us stopped working for several hours. We left for the day and when we came back they refused to give us two keys despite having an upgraded room for 2 guests. The front desk staff also demanded my payment which is customarily paid at the end of the stay. ...

'Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
