'Batonka Lodge was booked as part of a package trip that we did to Africa. However, we extended our trip so stayed two additional nights at the Lodge. The lodge is small compared to some other places that have recently been built or being built but it was just right. It had a really cozy colonial feel to it. 'Never ever go here! The room was far from clean, stains in and dirt on the carpet everywhere. Only the beds were cleanish and more or less comfortable. Lots of the things in the room were broken; toilet seat, floor, sink etc. The 'kitchen' is just some cupboards with nothing, no water cooker, stove, toaster or even plates or cutlery. There is no shower, only a bath tub, so you need to use a cup or so to take a 'shower'. We caught around 50 mosquitos, although there were hardly...
