'When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

Common areas and elevators were clean too, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay at this property again.'
