Dit schilderachtige, 3 slaapkamers 2 1/2 badkamers townhome, gelegen in een rustige cul-de-sac slechts drie blokken van het strand, is perfect voor uw volgende familie vakantie! Dit huis beschikt over 3 open plattegrond en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het privédek met 6 stoelen en een gasgrill is ideaal om buiten te eten of gewoon te ontspannen. Buitendouche voor uw gebruik na een lange dag op het strand. Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad en tennisbanen liggen op slechts een korte loopafstand van het huis. Dit huis is uitgerust met wifi, een dvd-speler in Master BR, games en kabeltelevisie. De South Coastal Library van Bethany Beach ligt slechts anderhalve straat verderop, met internettoegang, boeken, video's en vele zomerprogramma's. De trolley-halte Bethany Beach ligt op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Vind leuke evenementen in de nabijgelegen Freeman Stage, Dickens Parlor Theatre, Viking Golf en nog veel meer!

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed house. It is very clean and the decor is fresh and inviting. It was the perfect layout for our group of seven. The walk to the beach is easy, maybe 8 mins or so, and while you do have to cross route one, we found that to be no problem with the crosswalk right on our street. The pool is maybe three minutes walk. And Town, maybe 10 minutes. We really enjoyed being car free after the supermarket shop. We will definitely look to stay here again when we visit Bethany in the future.

Great location, clean enough but still the shower curtain liner need changed and some focus on the stairs with the vaccuum. Only issue I had was that it never stated that the pool would be closed during our stay. I picked this location because of the option of the pool. It was a huge disappointment. Also we got a 2024 parking pass that we couldn’t use and the cable is that internet cable that we couldn’t watch news In the evening. Even though all of this the location is perfect and the decor was beautiful

Only thing wrong...

We booked our stay for the weekend after Labor Day. We had hoped that the pool would still be open. The rental agent gave us a pass for the pool which would indicate that it was but it wasn't. It looked ready for use but the gates were locked the entire four days that we were there.

We had a wonderful stay. Our townhome was spacious and nicely appointed. It gave us the opportunity for some quality family time. The availability of the pool and tennis/pickleball courts was a plus for us. Close enough to the beach & downtown for us to walk.

Family friendly vacation

The location and privacy was just what our large family was looking for. An easy walk to the beach and other places. The pool was perfect for the children. Our only complaint was a broken coffee maker that we inquired about but never received a response and neighbors parking in the fire lane blocking us in. The handle to the outdoor shower is also dry rotted. Would be happy to stay again.

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and great layout. Only a few blocks from the beach and shops. Mario was very attentive and responded to my questions very quickly. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We used our own linens but if I did it again I would probably rent them to make the packing process easier. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was helpful to have the washer/dryer.

Bethany Beach.

This is a very nice property. It was the perfect size for my family. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the back of the Villa eating our breakfast. It was easy to get around by bike and walking. It is close to the beach and other attractions. The pool, tennis pass, and parking pass was an added bonus that made our vacation more enjoyable. The 1st Choice Realtors were curtesy and helpful. I would recommend this property.

The property was wonderfully situtated in walking distance to the beach and had all you would need to have a great week at the beach. The inside was nicely decorated and warm and inviting. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, and other items you would need to whip up a meal. The neighborhood was peaceful. Look forward to renting again!

Great place! Lots of perks

The house was very nice - the decor was updated and had a very beachy feel. The location was great - easy walk to the shops, beach etc. and the trolley stop in the neighborhood was a bonus. The pool was very nice, clean, and not at all crowded when we were there. The residential parking pass made this trip so amazing - we could drive closer to the beach with all of our beach gear and find easy, close parking. Having a garage was so handy for storing bikes, beach gear and luggage during the week. Loved this house/trip and would definitely recommend!

This very clean home is perfectly located. A short walk to the beach, a short walk to the boardwalk. You have a front porch and rear deck to enjoy. The rear deck is mostly sunny until later in the day, while the front porch is mostly shady. Nice outdoor shower. Nice gas grill.

Beautiful, clean beach house with all we needed.

It seemed newly renovated. The decor was attractive and tasteful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. I loved the convenience of the location- we could walk easily to the beach and to restaurants and church. Thank you!

Fabulous house at the beach

We loved the house. We spent four nights there with our kids and it was great. Close enough to walk to the beach. Loved being able to use the tennis courts and pool in the development. The house was clean and new and very comfortable. The rental agency was also lovely to work with - they made everything very easy for us. We would definitely rent again!
