Full of southern charm, this beautiful home is situated on a private lot in the Salt Pond community - this community has it ALL, and only minutes from the beach. The house has an open floor plan on the main floor with a fully stocked commercial grade kitchen that you have to see to believe and a walk in pantry.

There are 4 very generous bedrooms and 4 baths. The ground floor has an added living space used for a family/game room AND a flex room to serve as a 5th bedroom (connects to adjoining bath) if needed.
Staying with young guests? Our Bunkhouse room sleeps up to 7 kids, a crib is available in Bedroom #2 (King room) and baby amenities available upon request. Daily Workout? Enjoy the well appointed community gym OR use our in house PELOTON (requires a personal account)!!
Working remotely? No worries, the house has Wifi (w boosters) and 2 private work areas.
Enjoy a family breakfast and then head out the door for a round of golf, a dip in the community pool, a bike ride through the state park trails or a kayak on Salt Pond. Then, after a quick visit to the beach or into the bustling town of Bethany, enjoy a quiet evening on the secluded deck or dinner on the covered porch, finished by a dip in the private hot tub! A few other amenities worth mentioning include a beautiful wrap around deck, an outdoor shower which opens into a large laundry room offering a full sized washer and dryer, 3 TVs (family room and 2 king rooms) and a storage garage with beach supplies and multiple bikes (as available).

**kayaks are not provided but can be rented locally and the indoor pool is closed during the summer months and reopens after Labor Day, the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day**
