This home is perfect for families, friends, and dog lovers. The living space features an open layout with a queen futon in the living room, a screened porch for unwinding, a gas grill for outdoor meals, an enclosed outdoor shower, and a peaceful patio for enjoying the fresh coastal air. One well-behaved dog up to 60 pounds is welcome with applicable pet fees.
Sleeping arrangements include a first-floor bedroom with a queen bed, and two upstairs bedrooms each furnished with a queen and a double bed. The living room has a queen futon, bringing total accommodations to up to eleven guests.
Guests will enjoy streaming TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The garage is available for one vehicle or for storing bikes and beach gear. Parking for four vehicles is provided.
Six guest passes are included for community amenities, a $300 value. The Salt Pond offers an outdoor pool, tennis, pickleball, golf, basketball, shuffleboard, kayaking, and more. Private beach access is available on Canal Way East between lots 88 and 89.
A 10 percent discount is offered for active military, EMTs, and police with valid ID. This is a non-smoking home. Linens and towels are not included but can be added for $245. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Minimum stay is three nights. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
Beach gear may be available but is not guaranteed and may include two bikes, four chairs, and one umbrella.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.
