Bahamas Beach Cottages is a community of 74 single-family Key West-style homes located approximately one mile from the ocean and town of Bethany Beach. Guests have easy access to grocery stores, golf courses, state parks, and other area attractions that make this community a nice vacation destination. This multi-level vacation cottage has been newly remodeled and offers a primary suite on the main level that is offset from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The exterior has two decks, an outside shower, a gas grill, and carport parking. A new HVAC system was installed in fall of 2022 to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. 5G tower availability is also an added convenience. Additional amenities include beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. This Cottage is known as 'Always Summer.'

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
