Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single level seaside retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs, DVD, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Magnifcant Ocean View

My husband and I spent a marvelous week in this delightful condo. The view was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Even though there were only 2 of us, I greatly appreciated the extra half bath.

Wonderful stay

This home is perfect if you have littles. There were a few toys like a train set and a few books. Very clean environment, with most of what you need to “live” for the week. Hope to be back!

Very nice unit to stay in. Nice to have 2 baths and additional foldout couch if needed. Bedroom needed a better shade to block out exterior hallway light.
