Other recent updates for 2018 include a fully renovated hallway bathroom, and a new washer and new dryer. For 2017, a fully renovated primary bathroom. Plus, new sliding glass door, all new exterior and interior doors, a renovated kitchen, and a new HVAC system too! Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms including the primary suite. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided for extra comfort and convenience. This condo is accessible without stairs. For entertainment, there are three TVs (all flat-screens, including 51' HDTV in the living room), three Blu-rays, books, games, DVDs (Red Box right across the street too), and WiFi. This Sea Colony condo features showers only, no tubs.
