'Staff was exceptional. Very few selections for room service and some of those were not available late.'

'So disappointed in this Sheraton Inn. The traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. There was a noise cancelling machine in the room but even at the highest setting, the noise was unbearable. The food at the restaurant was very expensive and more like a tv dinner. The hotel overall needed a good cleaning and some updating. We’ve stayed at many Sheraton Inn’s around the country and always enjoyed the stay until this trip. Choose a different hotel if you can.'

'The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!'

'Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still...
