Guest Access:
72 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience with smart locks. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. You will also have access to the outdoor spaces, such as the hot tub, fire pit, and both the front and back yard.

Other Things To Note:
~Vacationing with Pets~
✓ We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications required.
✓ Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request and agree to pet rules.
✓ Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee ($200 for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay) is properly included in the booking amount.
✓ We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.

~Rental Agreement & Photo ID~
**IMPORTANT** To finalize the booking and receive property access code, within 2 days Guests must provide a picture of photo ID and e-sign the rental agreement.

~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.

We apply part of the booking fees to purchase damage protection on guests' behalf so we don't request a security deposit. Certain exclusions apply. Guests must report damages occurred during their stay to benefit from this coverage.

Where You’ll Be:
Bethel is a New England village tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas in Maine. Situated on a side street off Hwy ME-26 S, this chalet offers a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently connected to outdoor adventures and attractions, about 5 mins from the village of Bethel with restaurants, shops and other attractions.

Getting Around:
While downtown is walkable and easy to navigate on foot, we recommend getting around by car during your visit here (especially if you plan on doing more of the outdoor activities like skiing or hiking.) However, during the warmer months, explore by bike on the scenic trails.
