'Location to US 10 is good. The type of room reserved - double beds with a sitting area - is not even available at this hotel - that's an Expedia issue!'

'We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the coliseum, which made getting back and forth easy. We would definitely stay here again!'

'First nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and couch was torn up, looked like cat scratches. They moved us into second room which smelled of smoke and wet dog. Pieces of trash outside, clientele looked sketchy.'

'Pre registration is pointless. Had to re register on arrival. Staff member on a personal call during arrival - not unfriendly but clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Room keys didn’t work at first - had to go back down so she could rekey. Door stuck, deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Paint peeling off walls and hand towel was damp upon arrival… no idea WHY. Paid $120 for what should have been $75 max.'

'Elevator down with no prior alert before arriving to the hotel. when I arrived at the hotel with my 75 year old mother, who was absolutely unable to walk up two flights of steps, I was told the elevator was down and no apologizes were made for the inconvenience nor any empathy shown by the night auditor.'

'We had to cancel our room on Saturday 9.21 due to illness. The customer experience was abysmal. Not only would they not review my booking and provide a credit or reimbursement, they also hung up on me twice and refused to put a manager on the phone. '

'Very nice and off of beaten path. We had a quiet, relaxing stay. We will stay again and although the golf course view is great we will probably reserve a room overlooking the pool and 2nd floor. The room above us had a lot of stomping going on. The staff was amazing especially Sly as he helped us get into our room since we arrived around midnight. We look forward to our next visit. '

'Clean room, blow dryer didn’t worth, location was great for what we needed, overall a good place to stay for a good nights sleep. Not sure I would want to stay longer or for a vacation! '

'The staff were great. The room wasn’t bad. Unfortunately the ice machine didn’t work had to go next door. The ac/heat unit the heat wasn’t working blew out cold air. Not much for breakfast so luckily we were able to go next door and have breakfast. '

'Staff were friendly and great, they did their best to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable. The morning and night front dest staff were always available, the breakfast area was clean not must to choose from but it was a blessing and peaceful, I noticed older couples and children sotting in the dinning area actually enjoying themselves and family. Overall, my stay was great, you get five starts from me and thanks. '
