'Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Hele goede ligging. Fijn hotel!'

'One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. '

'When I arrived, I discovered that I couldn't flush the toilet. The flush button and its components were just laying on the washbasin, leaving a hole where the button should have been. The reception staff could not offer me another room. Later that night, I woke up and saw bedbugs in my bed. Although the reception was easily reachable by phone and WhatsApp, they were unable to offer an alternative at that time. I checked out the next morning and received a refund, which was handled quickly.'

Top.'
