groups. The home features queen beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, each with its
own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and share
a bathroom with bedroom 5, which has two single beds, perfect for
children up to the age of 16. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with
showers and toilets, ensuring convenience for all.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven,
refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, and microwave, perfect for
self-catering. The dining area and lounges, complete with a smart
television, make it easy to relax indoors. Step outside onto the
beautiful verandah, where you can take in the stunning mountain views
or enjoy a braai in the private garden. With internet access, parking,
and all linen and towels provided, the home is well-suited for
families, and all ages are welcome.

over 13 kilometres along the coast and is famous for its African

Parking is conveniently located in front of the house on a grass and
gravel road, providing easy access. Whether you're here to enjoy the

short, pleasant walk from the main swimming beach in Bettys Bay,
offering both convenience and the perfect seaside escape

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
